Where is my data stored?
On your iPhone, inside the Obentx app. There is no Obentx account to sign in. Use Me → Clear All Data only if you intend to wipe the local journal (double confirmation required).
Camera / Photos / Microphone won’t open
Open iOS Settings → Obentx and allow the permission you need. Camera is for new tray photos; Photos for import and saving exports; Microphone for optional voice notes.
What is Plaza?
An on-device inspiration feed. It may include sample tray cards plus cards you publish from your trays. Favorites, report, and block hide content for you on this device — they are not a live community moderation network.
What are Lacquer coins?
Optional consumable coins for exports such as PDF sheets or HD tray cards. Purchases go through Apple In-App Purchase. Welcome coins may be granted on first launch. Consumable packs generally cannot be restored like non-consumables; contact us if a purchase did not credit.
Reminders
Lunch and incomplete-label reminders are off by default. Turn them on in Me → Reminders and allow notifications when prompted.
Tri-Cell overlay looks wrong
Drag boxes in the tray editor to match food wells, or start from a layout template. Save to commit photo and cell changes. Unsaved drafts can be discarded when you leave.
App language & appearance
Obentx is Light mode only, with a lacquer-and-rice palette designed for lunch photography. Portrait iPhone is the primary layout.
